ME! I'm 5'9" started at 265 and i just want to be back in my 12s! i was 150 size 6 in high school and everyone thought i was a cokehead lol... i think i'll be happy at 175, maybe a size 8/10 anything smaller, i'll lose my sexy... and i don't want that! ;-P

squats for the booty, plank for the abs (do one minute, rest one minute, repeat as many times as you can!) and for calves, i stand on a stair with my heels hanging off the edge and lift up onto my toes. i can do about 50 reps of this before i keel over, but play around with it!

I'm 5'8 and a half, and was a size 6 when I weighed 150...now I'm a size 16 and a hundred pounds heavier. I just want to get back down to an 8 or ten, so I'm goaling myself at 185 for now and I'll reevaluate then...

this! me too. I was 186.5 for a long time, and was a size 12, felt healthy and could run for the bus ;) Now I've got about 74 lbs to get back to that point, and I'll reevaluate from there.

i weigh a couple times a week to check in and motivate, but i only record it on Tuesdays! i kind of feel like i'm cheating if i record every time i hit a new low, because it fluctuates so much throughout the week. i like recording only the same time every week, no matter what the result.

depends...on weekends, i eat a big breakfast and then have small snacks until a 4-500 cal dinner, and on workdays i have a tiny breakfast 1-200 cals and divide the rest for lunch and dinner...if i know i'm going out, i'll have a light lunch, if i know i'm eating a lean cuisine, i'll eat more cals at lunch so i won't have…
