aparently you shouldn't say spend more than an hour at the gym (obv going for a long walk might be different)...i can't remember the exact reasoning but basically you then need to give you muscles time to recover...if you just keep at it you lose any benefit as your body gets tired...sorry i couldn't be more…

you know i don't actually know...i didn't care about that then, i wish i didn't now! i had knee problems so the only sport i did was swim...but i swam competition level... .i think at 5ft 8 i was probably 12 .7 stone?? my weight fluctuates alot so that is an average. i am now 11.10 stone....i've been as low as 10.5 stone…

well sorry for commenting! it just seemed that if she's eating them all back and not losing then maybe don't eat all of them back...i don't..i don't worry if i go over my daily goal a bit but i don't eat them all back...doesn't make sense really!

definitely look at what you are eating....can you find substitutes that are not so bad? if your eating fruit with you poridge then you could cut out having the 'syrup' flavour and have plain. breakfast cereals aren't always the healthiest thing to eat instead of a meal....try swapping for all-bran or have something else…

personally anything goes....there was a guy once with a prince albert.....its his choice you know. other than that there have been eyebrows and tunnels and tongues (bit wierd when i have one too) and noses and that dip in your chin just under you bottom lip..whatever thats called :)

ive actually stopped going to the gym so much as ive found different ways of excercising... mon- 3-4 hours house cleaning, 60min Kettlebell class tue- 3-4hours cleaning wednesday- 20-45 min zumba, 30 swimming thursday- swimming with little girl, 30mins kettlebells, 15 mins aerobics friday- 60mins aquatone, 30mins swimming…

i only log 'cleaning' becuase we literally spend 3-4hours properly cleaning every corner of the house...but i only record it as 'light cleaning' even though i vacum and scrub and am up and down step ladders..so it is an estimate it is hard because nothing can be exact..although hrm are the best...but i can't afford one…
