I'm thinking this might cause her to have a "come to Jesus meeting" right there at work, and increase her prayer for the girl - which is the exact opposite of what she wants.

Yum, but I think I will try ranch instead of blue cheese since I don't care for that flavor. Sounds fab though!

My hubby's doc wants him to try this to give him a weightloss jump start, and to work on rebalancing body chemicals. Of course that means we all will be doing it since I'm the cook of the family. It should be interesting to see what the results of the first 17 day cycle are - I'm sure that will determine where we go from…

Check out mybodygallery.com excellent website for seeing women of different heights, weights, and shapes. From skeletal to large! Based on your profile pic I'd say you're looking pretty good, though I would agree you might be a little on the thin side. However, if you are planning to add some muscle weight to what you have…

Last year I discovered Avenue - OMG! Fantastic! Fashion Bug had jeans that fit my hourglass pretty well with minimal gapping in the waist, but only had a huge bootcut leg that was more like a bell bottom (hid my whole foot). Avenue has a fantastic jeans line however that has a variety of cuts - skinny, straight, and…

It's so the post shows up in "My Topics" on the Community tab so you can easily find it again later - like info you want to keep, comment you liked, recipe you want to try etc. You're "bumping" it up on your priority list. :-)

Yummy bump!

I too am a chocoholic and love all that stuff you listed too. I have learned that 30 semi sweet chocolate chips are only 70 calories. I keep mine in the fridge, so I can put a couple in my mouth, let them melt and really drag out the enjoyment. It's an almost daily treat for me, and keep me from going wild with all the…

It is around the weight I was when I got married. More than in high school, but I felt good, and seeing pics of me then - I realize I looked pretty good too! I'm a long way from that goal now - but with MFP and my MFP Peeps in my corner I know I can do it - and I will feel amazing!

I love it! How awesome you could hop right out with no second thoughts! That's a better story than the time we were in our bedroom in the evening and the German Shepherd started growling. Scared the crap out of us, hubby crept to the doorway to peek into the hall, only to find that a helium balloon was gliding down the…

How would that be possible? You'd be the same height and weigh half as much right? For me, that would put me in a healthy range theoretically.

Maybe just a short answer along the lines of - I have really struggled with my weight, and if I start I'll eat too many, but thanks!! Or, I've struggled with my weight, so I keep Saturday (or whatever day you're not at work) as my one treat day so I don't go overboard. In the end, do what's best for you :-)

I would have guessed mid 20's, I see you are 22. You are a cute girl, I agree with an earlier poster that changing your posture will do marvelous things for how you look. Stand up straight, get those shoulders back and tummy in (don't tilt your hips forward) and you will look fantastic! If you like to play with hair and…

This is a great group to join. I was a member for several years, and even a leader for a year. I lost quite a bit of weight - the simple accountability is wonderful. I don't go now because it doesn't work with my schedule, but I highly recommend it! Great for men and women!

check out the women 40+ group in community/support- super bunch of ladies!

I do not have it. However, it seems there are many schools of thought on how it can be treated, and much of that depends on how severe your case is. It seems many doctors feel that birth control pills or hormone releasing IUD's can be helpful in less severe cases, and still allow for pregnancy. I would say that getting a…

How can you choose that title and be so naive? Google the word or go to UrbanDictionary.com I'm sure having someone put their hands on it should help! Yes, there are definitely supplements!

I'm a teacher that's been laid off, who is finishing a Master's degree in Special Education, who still can't find a job! Anybody got one for me? :-)

My hubby was on, he is who got me started. He has now fallen off the wagon, while I continue on. He doesn't care though, he's glad I am getting healthy. Kinda like a healthy Facebook, which we are both on. Any chance your spouse might be afraid you'll get looking so good you'll leave him behind?

My hubby (who is an avid road biker) went with more of a touring style bike with his last one, still has dropped handlebars. Has front bag, and rack for panniers on the back. It's a Bianchi - he says he loves how smooth it is. I have a touring/comfort bike(Trek) I just got in May - it has upright handlebars (the forward…

I'd guess 130-140 based on pic - then I saw your sig line! I'd day you definitely don't need to lose any more!! Congrats!

As an avid bike rider I will say - Yep to the wider seat, yep to the gel covers, yep to the padded bike shorts, but the one other thing that makes a difference is riding very regularly so your body can adjust to the pressure. I ride almost every day on a nice wide gel/memory foam seat, and by the end of my 7-10 miles my…

I'm a homegrown Hoosier - so Go Indiana University! However, I've been transplanted to the Buckeye State, and am married to an avid Buckeye fan, so Go The Ohio State University! Maybe the Hoosiers will actually have a showing this year, and hoping OSU can get past the silliness that's been going on there!
