I've been working out with my trainer for a year now. I try to get to him 3-4 times a week. He's trains me at a small, no-frills, private gym that I call a MAN'S GYM. I definitely couldn't have achieved these results on my own. Good luck to you!

I lost a lot of hair during my Lifestyle Change. I was really worried about it, but since I have have been maintaining for 1-1/2 years now, the loss has stopped.

I made a Lifestyle Change 2 years ago and skipping Holiday meals was NOT part of it. :wink: :wink: :wink: We are camping for 5 days over Thanksgiving, which is worse than having the holiday at home....more snacks, more alcohol. I am bringing my bike & running shoes for a workout every day. Happy Holiday to everyone!

At 42, every day is a new venture! It doesn't help that I've gotten hooked on these Mud Runs & Tough Mudders. When my body starts hurting & wants to give up, I run with my HEART!

My daughter ran her first race at 5, she is now 13 & still running strong. She is on her 2nd year in Cross Country & her 4th year doing a 4-5 mile leg in the Beach to Bay Relay Marathon. workouts, yes :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: feeding family, not so much :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: seriously, though - I meet with PT on Mondays, Tuesday & Thursdays and run on Sat/Sun AM - everything else is planned accordingly.
