That's great. I've started doing intermittent fasting as well. Mostly without trying. I don't get hungry as much as I used to.

Perso ally I feel so much better on keto. I feel. More alert and energetic and aside from the weight loss benefits my over all health has been so much better

Update: I am down 50 lbs since I started back in February. I have not counted any calories besides I a few times. I eat until I am full and if I'm hungry I eat again. I feel more energetic and don't crave anything I used to crave. Definitely going to keep this up.

So far after weighing myself today I am down 19 lbs since the end of February. I don't count calories but remain mostly strict with carbs. Once in a while I give myself a "cheat" meal. But I found eating carbs actually makes me sick now so I've limited that even more. I eat way less than I used to be because it doesn't…

I've only been at the same weight for a week and a half so I'm not overly concerned yet. I just started working out again so maybe that will help a little.

Great responses. Thank you everyone. I've been doing this already for 2 months already. I still and I've lost 18 lbs. Seem to be stuck now. Just started working out again. I suffered keto flu I think. But over all I feel good. I was just curious about others success with it.

Lifting is good for you. I lift every day. Buy a weight bench and put in your house or garage. You will feel less intimidated probably. However I like squats, deadlifts, and all the compound lifts because they are great for building strength. I do do some isolation.

I did 20 minutes of hitting the heavy bag. Wasn't going crazy but I was punching it pretty hard. Needed to vent some frustration. Now I'm a sweaty mess. Maybe I'll do this for a while. Maybe 20 will turn into an hour. Messed up with the eating today though. I was doing good until dinner. Had 3 grilled sausage Brats. Ugh…

So far I've been decent with the calorie deficit. I've still eaten whatever i want but not as much of it. I haven't had soda in two weeks which is big since that is one of my down falls. Now to give up potato chips. I haven't weighed myself though. Next week I'm going to see about getting back into the gym.

I have been good for the most part about how much I'm eating. Still human and still slip but I can honestly say I haven't had soda in two weeks except.for a small sip I took of my sons.
