You can if you set your mind to eat. You have to work hard and eat right. I lost 50 in 17 weeks without going crazy or becoming weak.

They add calories burned during exercise to your calorie intake. It doesn't mean you have to eat it. It's just to let you know how many calories you were allowed to use.

You go girl. I am on a similar diet. The only difference is that I was on Ketosis only for three weeks. Then I went to 600 calories a day, multivitamin, b12 and b6 weekly inyections, HCG inyection once a day (this is only on phase four). I love it. YOur diet sounds almost like mine. I also take a ton of vitamins, potassium and glucose to stay healthly. The vitamins b-6 and b-12 are sold at any pharmacy in the regular isle of vitamins. The only difference is that taking it by pills, your body only absorbs 20% of it and by inyections you get 100% of it.

The calories are low but I suppose she gets a bunch of vitamins as suplements.

I'm on a program similar to yours. It's 600 calories a day/protein and vegetables. I can eat anything I want as long as the calories do not exceed 200 per meal and low on sugar and carbs. It happens to all of us. What I do is read the nutritional value on the package of whatever I'm eating and see if there is one that has to correct info on it. It there's isn't one, I just fix one and add it to my meals. This way everytime I eat the product, I get the correct info.

I workout everyday. Do situps. Every minutes you do it is good. I'm still heavy on the love handles and belly but it has gone down. Keep trying and never give up.

I've been on a diet under ketosis for over a month. I feel better than ever with lots of energy. This is because the doctor gave me lots of miligrams of multivitamin, glucoase, and potasium. Plus inyections for vitamin b-6 and b-14. I've lost 16 pounds in five weeks.

I'm on starvation mode every day ( from 500 to 600 calories per day) but I'm on a diet under medical attention. I don't feel hungry as long as I eat my three meals and two snacks per day. I loose about 3.5 per week.
