Goals are different for every one, I would think that you would need a mental goal of where you want to be. WHere in the past were you happy with your figure and weight and go from there.

I agree with the above ^^^ I would say your not eating enough protein, hence the hungry feeling. You can't build muscle without it.

Make sure that the strap is REALLY WET and your skin, Clean also. I put my HRM on then put my bra over the top so that it is on my skin and not being pushed off or dislodged. Works every time I workout. and only had a problem when it needed washing. I put it in a bra bag then in the washing machine for a good clean.

Good eating habits, cut back on processed foods and eat lean meats and veggies. no other way. No quick fixes just time and commitment.

My guess is at 5.2 (my height) you wouldnt want to be any lower than what you are now - 53.5kg. Your still a growing girl till at least till your 21 years. Same here in Oz as it is in NZ, every thing is labelled or shows < 1 or < 2, i dont have butter or Margerine, fullstop. Dont have sugar etc so im safe. Thanks for sharing..... :-)
