I did some DVD of Zumba for the last 4 weeks. I lost 10 pounds. I did 60 minutes a day.

The new slim fast has 20 grams of protein and one gram of sugar. I drink two a day for my protein.

I am 5 foot and I have lost 54 pounds. I am now at 160. You just have to want to do it. I now don't even think about cheating and I exercise. I don't want to look back at all, just moving.

I am doing the shred now and it's hard. I have made it day 7 so far. I have lost two pounds. I hate to see week 2 and 3. I have now lost 50 pounds total. This is the first time I have done anything other than using an exercise bike. Most of my loss has come from watching what I eat.

I'm doing this now day 4 today and I'm eating 1200 or less calories also. I have only lost 1 pound so far. It really kicks your butt I dred doing the 2nd set. I weigh 166 and have already l lost 49 pounds. I am 42 and that is probably the difference.

I am 5 foot and I have lost 44 pounds! I still have 44 to go to get to my goal. People didn't start noticing until I hit about 25 pound loss. I weigh 171 currently. My ultimate goal may be to weigh 115. I have a long way to go.

Your story is just like mine. Eight years ago I had a stillborn daughter. when I got pregnant I weighed about 100 pounds and I'm 5'0. I know weigh 196 and I have had two sons after losing Hailey. I am a vegetarian and I stay within my carb levels a day since i've joind mfp. I eat soy bacon, burgers ect. I also only use one bread and bun and it's wheat and is low in carbs it is healthy life brand and I get it at krogers. I also eat the thin bagels stuff like that. I only eat bread usually once sometimes twice a day.

Wow, you have inspired me! I have 5 kids and my stomach looks like yours use to. I didn't think I had a chance of my stomach looking as good as yours afterwords. I can't wait to get there!
