Both of my parents died from the complications of diabetes and never got the chance to see my youngest 2 children born. My older 2 don't even remember them and that hurts. I love Zumba! Its part of my routine everyday! With 4 kids, I try to get in at least 30 minutes every night. On a good day an hour.

Planks are good. I'm up to a minute where as when i first started, I only lasted 30 seconds. I've hit my stride with side planks. I say far more better than crunches.

Yes! It does wonders! I got the game for the kinect and do it every night. I also go to zumba class every Thursday. Take it from me, It does work. I love it!

I have the same problem. So far I have lost 55 lbs but my tummy still looks the same. It kinda depresses me. Its like "Will this ever go away?" But as long as I stay healthy, that's all that really matters to me. From the posts Ive read, we are not alone on this one.

That is great!!! I ran my first mile yesterday and I tell you, the whole day i was on cloud nine. Its a great achievement of more miles to come. Good job and keep it up!!

Within the same week, someone asked me if i was pregnant ( lol ) and i had a heart scare. Heart is fine but it just made me realize i needed to start being healthy for my kids.

I work as a receptionist for a health building. We have 4 programs within our building, including a fitness center. I love my job :-)

I am in my 6th week. I think its great so far. Today I've been kind of dreading to do it but you guys have inspired me to get with it! I will be ready to go in about 30 minutes!

I love it! I do it once a week in a gym with about 25 people. Its a great motivation for me because i like to dance and burns a lot of calories. We do it for an hour.
