Try going into the settings and select safari and click 'clear cache' at the bottom. Might fix it but not sure - worth a try.

I eat breakfast although I am going to try eating it later and not as soon as I wake up. This is because I tend to get hungry between breakfast and lunch so closing that time gap I hope it will fill that void and temptation to snack.

I was looking at this before. It is quite expensive to buy it (at least in the UK). Does it really work or another fad type thing?

Digestive biscuits and custard creams. I could each a pack of each in minutes! Also salted peanuts were my favourite snack food.

Thanks for all the responses. I very rarely have salty food, the last week I've eaten out a lot for various reasons. I like the idea of eating fruit as it releases the water over a longer period of time. Coconut milk sounds an interesting idea too! I go to sleep on my side but I know I move quite a lot in my sleep so there…

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I feel 1000 times better both in fitness and mindset. I have been eating healthy for the past 6 months ensuring all evening meals are cooked fresh with less than 4g of saturated fats and 600 calories. All lunches are about 400-500 calories and less than 4g saturated fats and breakfast…

At work I have a 2ltr bottle of water and don't leave till its gone! It works quite well for me but I don't drink anything but water. Cordial is good to have. Its about 10 calories per pint.

Exercise doesn't have to be in the form of running or causing you to pass out in the heat. A gentle walk each day a few miles will do wonders :). I walked 5 miles a day for 3 months and very much enjoyed the views, peace and change of pass from the normal day. Alternatively biking is also great. I try to plan my weekends…
