Try going into the settings and select safari and click 'clear cache' at the bottom.

Might fix it but not sure - worth a try.

Ignore the laptop, do other sites run ok on the safari browser on the ipad? If so its just some settings issue with mfp and not your ipad. Check in the settings you have allowed cookies that might help too. Sometimes photos arent compatable.

Try going to your room, pick up your iPad. Got your iPad? Okay, walk out to your kitchen. Now, this is the really important part: put it in your trashcan. That's where it belongs. The technology for that thing is worth about 150 bucks. Then you pay all that extra for the little Apple logo.

But really, sorry about your problem.

No.. it's actually a pretty good piece of technology and worth the cost. Hence the reason why all the cheaper imitations can't compete.

As for the problem - in the safari settings check to see if JavaScript is set to on. If it is do a reboot.

Here's a trick with ipads to clear all the memory of any apps/programs you run, works better than turning on and off.

    1. double-click the button at the bottom. This will bring up a line of apps at the bottom of the screen that you've had open.
    2. press and hold one of those apps until they jiggle and have a negative sign on them. Then press the negative sign on each app. That closes and clears the cache for that app.

    3. Now re-open safari or MFP app and hopefully the problem will have resolved.
