good for you! I just started medifast myself- the food isn't the greatest... but then again, neither is being overweight! I planning to do it for 6 months to see what I can achieve :)

is that with kettlebells? I loved them! Such an explosive work out. Made me much stronger but I didn't notice any lbs dropping... maybe cuz I wasnt also eating so great at the time :-P

Thanks! I updated but now it's saying there is no way I can average 2 lbs a week, when before it said I could... thoughts? I even increased my projected exercise level to include the days when I'll be waitressing....

ummm no, only the meat part of that and some veggies are actually low carb, and even meat can be tricky if it's lunch meat or cured hams

I don't do full on paleo... unless paleo includes butter, splenda and season salt lol but I do atkins more or less, which is meat + veggies and cheese. I try the rule of thumb that if I can't explain to my 3 year old in about 5 seconds where something was grown/killed/comes from etc then I shouldn't eat it.

Ummm mine says 108 to 123 lbs and I was shooting for 135.... :-/ what if your fingers dont really OVERLAP but they comfortably touch when wrapped around your wrist??

Can go to urgent care and wait less? I can't imagine there is much difference between pet and human grade meds but... do you really want to risk it?
