    is that with kettlebells? I loved them! Such an explosive work out. Made me much stronger but I didn't notice any lbs dropping... maybe cuz I wasnt also eating so great at the time :-P

    Yeah the kettlebells. Reading about it. Like that they are shorter, much shorter than P90x and only 3 days a week.
