  • as long as its no more than once every 2 weeks its ok to have a day where you go over on the calories, even by 1500 cal. as long as its not more than once every 2 weeks you will loose weight

  • You are better to go over on protein and fats a little than carbs. Fats and protein take longer to digest and are also more filling A better amount would be 140 carbs and 70 on protein. Stay away from too much sugar, inc too much fruit juice
  • Unless he is in the obese category ie bmi over 30 its really not a good idea. Calorie counting at a young age can cause eating disorders and OCD. JUST INCORRAGE HIM TO EAT SENCIBLY.

  • what works for me is walking a bit more but the main thing is that ive got no sweets in the house and most of the time no cheese. this means that im less likely to be tempted by things. it realy work. keep trying its worth it.
  • well done. i was at 1 point 23 stone and reached 20st and 6feet high when i was 11. im now only 17stone (240lb) looking to lose another 2 stones. its not easy and takes a while but cirtainly worth it.

  • im a student and i try to stick to £25 a week or $40. it dosent mean that i eat rubbish. its about finding the weekly deels expecily meat and then freeze it. also frozen vegtables are very cheep. £1 per kg
