I saw a video where a lady had to use her sports bra to keep it in place. The strap is supposed to go in the same place anyways. Good luck to you, and keep fighting the good fight.

Try riding a bicycle or take a spin class. I am absolutely loving spin class. Very little upper body movement. I have to watch out for my shoulder and if I trying running (don't tell no one) my boobs (or moobs) bounce and i will chafe my nipples like crazy. I do not have the option of a sports bra either. haha. Good luck…

When running, do you heel strike or ball strike? I have been told that if you heel strike it can lead to more damage to various parts of your body. When I did run I switched to a ball strike and I was able to run faster and longer with no pain anywhere. I hope it feels better soon. P.S. Maybe do a little more walking than…

Do they have any Play it Again Sports where you live? The ones where I live always have pretty good used ones. They normally offer a 30-90 day warranty on them. I hope you can get what you are looking for.

I love the fact that in all the pictures you where smiling. Shows that you have a great attitude. Keep up the good work. It's amazing the more I lose the slower it seems the weight comes off, but constantly feel so much better physically. Do you feel the same way? Keep up the good work.

I Bike ride every chance I get. When bad weather hits I use my eleptical. To make the eliptical more enjoyable I put it in front of the TV and watch something good. I can NOT do the eliptical without TV. Music does not even make it fun. But when watching TV I lose track of time while exercising.
