I can make a meal out of a half of an avocado, cottage cheese sea salt and pepper on it. and a few crackers.

Some of the things I have eaten when I get that Im so hungry feeling, skinny cow candy, a bowl of hot cereal, 100 calorie popcorn, low calorie ice cream, a bowl of spinach, fiber one bars, cottage cheese. Those are the ones that come to mind. I had to get the high calorie snacks out of the house. I dont have much will…

I saute garlic in olive oil. Put in cubed tofu and brown it. I then add some cayenne pepper and add vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower.

I do Leslie Sansone Walk Slim. It is low impact and has worked great for me. I started off with 30 day shred and I may go back to it sometime, but I really find that walk slim is something I stick to.

5' starting weight 165.6 current weight 123.8 took six months, I am happy at this weight.
