Spoonfuls of frosting from those small containers and dry cake mix or brownie mix! Once I open the box or container...it will be gone by the end of the week.

I am having the same issue with eating at night, but mine is more late night. I get up in the middle of the night to let the dogs out and I will catch myself eating without even thinking about it. I made these cookies and added 1/4 sliced almonds. They were good if you like bananas. The first batch I baked as indicated. You look great! How often do you weigh yourself, if you really don't use the scale very often? I struggle with wanting to weigh everyday. I am thinking about maybe trying to weight once or twice a month.

I started running about a year ago and my back hurt for a couple of weeks. A runner friend had told me that I might be tense when I run and that chould be causing it. I think she was right, I really tried to relax when I ran and the pain went away.

When people comment about when I walk or workout and they say that they wish they had time to workout. That drives me nuts, I sometimes don't have time, but I find the time. I am sure I make them mad because I ask them if they watch TV. I say you could be exercising instead or at least during the commericals!

I did level 1 for 30 days straight. I never made it to level 2. I wonder if it was the 5 pounds weights I was using. I think someone said that they use 3 pound weights on the DVD. I am now doing it again on level 1 day 7.

I LOVE THIS! I felt this way last night. I was popping popcorn and baking cookies and then started on pancakes. I had done so good during the day and when night fell I was out of control. TODAY at work is sweets day....all that we have is about 50 different kinds of desserts. HELP!!

I have put together six biggest loser competitions at work. We always start the first of the year and again in the summer. Each time we do it, we do it for 12 weeks. Family of four (2 are teenage boys) We spend $175.00 a week., that might seem high. I cook meals, we do not eat out much.

I would like to know too. I do the stairs at work during breaks and lunch. When I first started doing them last November I could only do 8 minutes and felt like I was going to die. I now can do 30 minutes without stopping and it is much easier.

I am nervous about overeating on Labor Day. I always get stuck bringing a dessert! I am going to have to find something low fat that everyone will like. I would like to try making Shrimp Kebabs too.

I'm in. I started it for this month, so this is day 3. I did it last month, but not every day. I found out that I was trying to do it with too heavy weights. I think you are suppose to start with 3 pound weights? I was using five pounds. I am ready to do it every day this month.
