    I'm 6' and have been thinking 180 would be great. But, of course I want to see how I feel and look at 180.

    I'm almost there! A week or so ago I noticed that I needed a new size in a jersey. I decided to take some a picture for comparing. I'm definitely getting there. I had no idea just how much I've changed till I saw this. Same jersey...different size :flowerforyou:

    You look great! How often do you weigh yourself, if you really don't use the scale very often? I struggle with wanting to weigh everyday. I am thinking about maybe trying to weight once or twice a month.
