I appreciate your responses...I think my plan is to lower the amount of pounds that I want to lose each week and raise the calories intake. I might be better if I take this as a slower process.

I know how you feel. I do the exact same thing...I would say though when I first started I would save calories for that late night snack. I would have a fudgie bar or pudding or what ever you like. Then brush you teeth right after.

Are you working out??? How often??? I've lost 28lbs since June. I did start in at about 200. I am sticking with 1200 cal diet and work out between 4-5 days. On average I loose about 3lbs a week.

My boss lost 20 lbs in a month with those drops. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months the "right" way and feel great about it...with hard work a healthy diet and determination you can loos the weight with out the drops!!! Good luck with your weight loss!
