Weighed in today at 200.7. So bummed because I have been under 200 for the past 3 weeks. I know my eating hasn't been great, but I wasn't that far over calories. Oh yeah, TOM is due any day now. Maybe it's that. Enjoy the weekend !!Halloween is getting closer and closer!!0

I need to hop on a scale, but I'm pretty much at my goal weight, so my goal for halloween is to keep my stomach flat. I'm going to be wearing hotpants and a bra so I can't afford to have a beer belly0 -

Hello Everyone!! I've lost one pound, but at softball yesterday I sprained my ankle. I'm going to continue to watch what I eat. but unfortunately I have to RICE it until next Monday when I go for a follow appt with a Sports Med Dr. Everyone is doing great! Keep up your hard work! :drinker:0

I was doing good but this weekend kind of ruined it with a birthday party and local festival. I got back to my exercise today so hopefully that helps. Going to do my best to keep it up this week since I took a week off my exercise last week. However there's a possible cold about to go around my house and I'm really hoping I don't catch it.0

I've been slacking a lot lately. I'm up a couple of pounds up from my low last time I updated. I will be kicking it into high gear this week to get back down and then some. I have some making up to do to make my goal for Halloween. My goal this week is to get back to exercising everyday and keeping to my diary like I'm suppose to.0

I'm down .4lbs. I think I've started to hit the diet plateau, but I'm still being good and eating well while exercizing nearly everyday. Although being new to a country that drinks at lunch time, it's hard to stay away from the alcohol, so that's my newest goal. No alcohol. Because alcohol makes me snack on things I shouldn't snack on haha0

Weighed in on Saturday at 208! Down 2 pounds since the 12th. I had gained a pound mid-week, but I ended up losing that plus an additional pound!0

Hey Lean by Halloween participants! If you want a bit of an extra push for October that will be lots of fun, check out a new game starting Oct. 1 - Those Magnificent MFP's in Their Flying Machines. I did the last game over summer - Row the World - and it was extremely fun and motivating, and EASY - all you do is get 8 people together for a team, submit your calories burned every day to the team captain, and your plane gets moved around the world. 1 calorie burned = .25 miles. Lots of fun - check it out - the link is below. My team is full, but there are others posted on the thread who want a team! Great way to get the final push in before Halloween!

Had to modify my goals. Hope to be down to 140 by Halloween. I think I had originally went for a goal that was unrealistic, then got depressed every week when I didn't make my weekly goal. THEN I quit MFP for several weeks, back on here again, only having lost a pound since I left, so I'm back, but making my weight loss goal more realistic.0

I'm a little worried that my goal is becoming more unrealistic. I've got 5wks to lose 12lbs. That's a very tall order but I'm going to do my best and if I can lose half that I'll still be happy cuz it will take me below the obese category. I will then be in the 160s and it's been a very long time since I've been there. I really need to quit cheating. I was doing so well for so long and I need to get back at it.
