  • I get a stitch if I breathe from my chest instead of my belly. Hard to explain, but the next time it happens, try to focus on deep breathing from your belly and see if that works.

  • Yes! The sides of my legs are killing me too - especially when I try to do the side lunges. Everything else is fine, but jus the sides. Do you have that pain as well?

  • I started with the Cto5K plan last year, and then switched over to the Galloway walk/run method. Ran my first 1/2 marathon in August, and my second will be on October 15th. Highly recommend Galloway training! (just google Jeff Galloway)
