Artifical sweeteners and processed foods fuel cravings because they are filled with chemicals that hinder the natural leptin responses in our brains (the "i'm full mechanism").   • Muscle mass burns more calories so weight training is very important to success. You dont have to become and amateur body builder but I would definately recommend starting to incorporate weights into your routine.

  • The ZONE diet that I was trained to use by a fitness trainer recommends 40% carbs/ 30% good fats/ 30% proteins......I found the plan easy to follow and I felt really balanced never felt faint or hungry. Hope this helps
