So many have also mentioned Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I think this is the next one I will try. I am getting great results from JM videos. I used to belong to a gym, but this is much cheaper and works so much better!

You are right! I have lost the 2 pounds and they have stayed off, so I must be doing something right! It is very important to see the number go down and stay down! I am very thankful for that, for sure!

OK, I did 200, but I did the wimpy women pushups with my knees down. You said any way possible so that is what I did! At least I got them done!

I am in! My whole body is going to hurt by the end of the week! Did all the bicep curls on Monday, and my arms are killing me. I can't even bend them straight@ At least I know I worked hard! We will see how today goes!

Wow! Did this one, but it was HARD! I had to stop in-between several times and also kept my knees bent. At least I did it though!

Wow!!! I am in for this one. Not sure about 250, but I will try my best! Love these challenges and how the days seem to be alternating between upper and lower body exercises. My triceps definitely could use this exercise!

Did it!!! 2 challenges in a row! This one was a tough one, but got it done! Ready for Wednesday challenge! At least I am working some new muscles with all these challenges. I am pretty sore in the arms from the bicep curl challenge on Monday! I am going to keep going though with these!

I did the arm curl challenge yesterday, and I feel it today! Lifted 5 pounds in each arm. Even surprised myself. I will do the challenge today also!
