Today's challenge is: Walking Lunges
Let's do 250 of them.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

WOW! This was hard! I was sweating my butt of on these! I did them all, but wonder if I will be able to walk tomorrow???0

Done.
After all those squats yesterday I really didn't think I could do it.
Because of my injuries I did a combination of front and side lunges.0 -
Holy macaroni - this was not easy! I did them in sets of 50 with walking in between around the track at the gym and I got an extra mile and 277 calories burned in my day. Yay! Although I might not be able to walk tomorrow... :laugh:0
