Thursday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's do 250 of them.

The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

That video is kinda goofy but it gets the point across :)

My challenges are open to all and you can log them as calisthenics if you like.

    Awesome! I love (hate) tricep dips. I'm in and will have to do them throughout the day. Will update tonight.

    I was able to do 120 and my arms can't take anymore! Great challenge - I'd like to work up to being able to do 250 in a day.
