Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's do 250 of them.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

250!!!!!! WOW, I did 30 last night thought I was gonna die!!! Will try my best to as many as possible & let you all know, now this is a challenge.... Oh and thanks Charger440 for these daily challenges I really enjoy them!!!0

Wow!!! I am in for this one. Not sure about 250, but I will try my best! Love these challenges and how the days seem to be alternating between upper and lower body exercises. My triceps definitely could use this exercise!0

Only managed a 100, what a killer but it´s 100 more than I would have done without the challenge so I thank you for that. Hope everyone else does better lol !!0 -

I hate these things! I am shooting for 250, we shall see...
Made it through 127, and then ran out of time. These things kill me and my arms feel like limp noodles!0 -

Wow! Did this one, but it was HARD! I had to stop in-between several times and also kept my knees bent. At least I did it though!0

Y'all did great. Yea these can be tough but remember the farther out your feet are the harder they are and the closer your feet are the easier they are. These are very versatile that way.
I did my 250 with about three quarter leg extension going on.0
