what to do????
Any suggestions for good afternoon snacks? I substitute teach during the day and have terrible snack cravings from the time i get home until dinner! Anyone else have this trouble and have suggestions? Problem for me is that i tend to grab some not so healthy things!!!!

nighttime eating!!!
Anyone have any good suggestions on how to avoid nighttime eating? I do great during the day, but evening hours are tough for me! I get cravings for sweets late afternoon evening too which is bad! I would probably be able to drop weight so much faster if i could control this! Any tips????
