Restarting, AGAIN!

Hello all! I am definitely needing some encouragement. I am restarting fitness pal again! I have done it before, but am truly unhappy with my weight right now. As I age, it keeps creeping up. I am looking to lose 15 pounds. I starting on Monday again, and can honestly say that I have logged ALL my food. No cheating so far! Just one thing I wanted to ask...for exercisers! Do you eat your exercise calories or not? I would love to hear advice on this!
