bad to workout every day?

I know many people say a day of rest is good for the body but i feel better working out every day. Sometimes i do 30 day shred, other days i do that with walk away the pounds. I seem to not be losing weight so wondering if i am getting too much exercise? According to BMI calculator, i am only like 10 pounds from ideal weight. Any idea on this??

    I think it beneifts your muscles to have rest periods but if the work out is walking I dont see that hurting you
