Leg cramps?

Hello All! Well, I have been at it a little over 2 months with Jillian Michael's workouts(30 day shred and ripped in 30). I just ordered No More Trouble Zones too. I haven't dropped a ton of weight(but am only like 10 pounds from my ideal weight), but I have dropped almost 10% in body fat. I can tell I don't "jiggle as much when I walk". My question is....I seem to be getting more upper leg cramps since starting her workouts. I know there are lots of squats and things, so maybe this is why. Anyone else having this issue?
