PLEASE keep me motivated!

OK, have been exercising for years, but no weight loss. Very frustrating! So, started 30 day shred 2 weeks ago, and also have been pretty good about logging my food intake for the last week or so. I am down 1.2 pounds this week so far!!! I know it is not much, but at least the scale is going in the right direction. I have been trying to eat more protein for lunch, along with drinking more water. I also am incorporating Ripped in 30 as of today. I am loving the home workouts!!!
