Frustrated!!!!

I started MFP the first of this year, and have only lost a couple of pounds. I am extremely frustrated since I have been really trying hard and have cut way back on the wine I drink! I have been doing 30 day shred, Ripped in 30, and Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. Here are my stats: 5 ft. 7 inches tall, and 165 pounds. From that, I am not that far from my ideal weight, but I just want to get toned and lose about 15 pounds. I refuse to give up since it has only been a month. Anyone else finding they are having issues with losing? Any encouragement or suggestions would be helpful!

    Define lose 15 pounds. And toned up.

    Do you mean you want to lose 15 pounds of fat? And gain some pounds of muscle?

    Let me tell you when you are near a healthy weight your body doesn't want to lose. I suggest you lose the scale, do strength training, and most important focus on the way you LOOK. You very well might be changing body composition. Focus on that instead of an arbitrary "15 pounds".
