Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks
Let's see if we can do: 400
You have until midnight to get them done.
The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.

Fun! I timed how long 100 takes me (1.5 minutes) and logged it under cardio as jumping jacks, vigorous (400=6 minutes for me=72 calories--yes!). I had to do these in sets of 100-100-100-50-50. When I get to 100, I'm exhausted! But it was a great, quick way to burn off some extra calories.0

Holy crap. That was harder than I thought. I haven't done jumping jacks in a while!! Lol. Now my calf muscles are burning. Haha. Good mini workout though.0

Yay! Did 'em - all 4 freakin hundred! Saw this challenge a few minutes after 10pm CST, & took 20 minutes just to decide if I had enough time to do them! Finished at 11:33pm.0
