I am try to lose weight and for 1 week went in calories deficits and been able 2 pounds this week . I do 10,000 steps a day and then do weight lifting. Thanks for ur suggestions.

Hi, I started this week. I am trying to lose 30 pounds. I have a family wedding come up in 8 weeks and would like to lose least 15 by then. I am looking for good support group. I been going to the gym 5 days a week and have not see any results yet. I am looking for good suggestion . Please help.

I am also up at 5 am , If you like you can add me as a friend. I been on MFP for about 2 weeks now. I been eatting alot of protein and fiber. Try to have good breakfast.and, drink about 8-10 glass of water each day. I been drinking alot of water and it seems to help. I have lost about 4 pounds .

I been doing alot of situps ,maybe that is why my clothes feel Tighter. I guess I should stop doing sit ups. What other kind of workout can I do for the stomach.
