    I am just returning after few years . I started the program on July again, so three weeks now.

    You started on the 4th. That makes 13 days. So 2, not 3. And 1lb down in 2 weeks is really good.

    Welcome back! The only way to not lose while tracking calories is to track them incorrectly or set an incorrect calorie goal, or maybe three weeks wasn't enough time for you to adjust.
