I currently use the wraps and defining gel and I love it! I use them in conjunction to diet and exercise. I have not used any of the pills but I have heard good things about them. The wraps and gel have helped lift and smooth out my skin on my stomach.

Gimmick. Calorie deficit and optional exercise are all you need, and those are free.

They do not work. It is a MLM scheme to separate you from your money and/or get you to start selling. You will get the same benefits and save tons of money by buying yourself a nice lotion that softens the skin.

At least it was revived by the OP and not some random searcher

If you've lost 1 pound in 3 years then it's safe to say that you have either consistency problems, problems with your logging accuracy, or you need to see a doctor.

If you take the casing off of a sausage, it may hold its shape for a little bit... Then eventually, it will fall apart. That's how I feel about those wraps. Never tried it, I have some already very fit friends that sell it (they were fit before they started them), and I won't ever try it.

because you dont weigh your food on a food scale and eat more calories than you think.
    Thats why

You may have had an account for 3 years but you've only been logging consistently for the past 2 weeks now. I'm going to go ahead and say that you weren't consistent and probably eating more than you thought you were previously.

    Three what? Days? Weeks? Months?
How much are you trying to lose?

Your diary indicates that you do not weigh your food. It's very likely you eat far more calories than you think.

Make sure your calorie target is correct for your stats. Weigh your food and eat to that target. You can lose weight if you get your tracking nailed down.

The post was originally created almost exactly 3 years ago. So I assumed she meant 3 years.

You started on the 4th. That makes 13 days. So 2, not 3. And 1lb down in 2 weeks is really good.

Same OP has made a different thread with the opposite title, stating three weeks :)
