I was going to suggest the same ^ try a health food store. Blue Sky makes theirs with Stevia, I believe Hansen's uses Splenda. Plus they have funky good flavors.

Loved it! You have to stick to the program all the way through even the maintenance phase. I swear by it! It helped me jump start my weight-loss and kept me motivated even after I was done with the program. Go for it! But stick to it!

You are targeting a different muscle group. Don't think its a waste, in-fact changing up your workout challenges your body. Keep in mind that you still burn calories after your workout that you are not accounting for. Have you tried the elliptical...I find it easier on my knees.

I would of never been able to survive my diet without diet coke. Its better then the alternative. I also like flavored water...the zero cal kind of course.
