I am currently training for my first full marathon in April but after that I will start training for my first triathlon. I am looking forward to it but to be honest I'm a little nervous about the swimming portion! :)

I totally agree! I feel like I get sooo much support here and 95% of my friends I have on mfp are people I don't even know in real life!! The sad thing is 99% of the people on my facebook are people I know and I never get the same support! Crazy!

It depends on how long I'm running that day. If I'm running under 5 miles I will run without fuel and can be out the door in 30 minutes. I make sure I down a bottle of water before heading out. If I am running 5+ I need to fuel before hand and make sure I have plenty of time to let the plumbing work per say and give it…

Run my first marathon on April 28!! Run 1000 miles in 2012. Complete my first triathlon. Run a 10k I'm under an hour (achieved on resolution 10k yesterday)!!! I also hope to participate in a race every month in 2012!

I think workout but keep it light with crosstraining. I have a head cold and am on meds and can't get rid of a headache or stuffy nose.....ran 8 miles today and seriously thought I was going to die. Like cramps and felt like I was going to throw up. I don't suggest that! :)

I'm 5'6 and 150. Would like to lose another 5-10 vanity pounds but am currently training for a full marathon so I need to make sure I'm fueling my body properly! I am also losing inches but the scale is staying the same! Love that strenght training!

Sounds good to me. A rough estimate is you usually burn 100 cals a mile give or take with how fast you are running!
