  • It has been a while since this post was asked...but has anyone found an app for food exchanges? I looked in the Recovery Record but I don't see where you can list a food and it comes up with the exchanges. For that app, it looks like you need to know what the exchanges are yourself.
  • Looks like it has been a long time since I asked this...so I will ask again...maybe we have some new people. Anyone here following the Exchange Food Program???? Anyone know of a good way to track food exchanges instead of calories on this site???

  • I live in Laughlin, NV....but belong to TOPS AZ0550 Fort Mohave. We just started our chapter (divided from another chapter) in January and we are up to 29 members so far.
  • Hi Susan....I would be thrilled to lose 1 pound a week....I have such a hard time losing....I have turtled 2 weeks in a row....I am sorry ready for a loss....but the answer to your question is slower is better in the long run.

  • I do not know too much about the rules....I do know that there are different divisions for surgery members. Also, I think that the rules for your Chapter on these matters needs to be in your chapter bylaws...which should be gone over once a year when the new board members take over.   • If you want to track steps...try a Fitbit. That is what I use...I tracks steps, flights of stairs, sleep, food...it also syncs with MyFitnessPal. It tracks how many calories you burn also.

  • With being a leader from the past...it should be smooth sailing this time around...hopefully for both of us. How many people are in your chapter?? We have about 60....some are snowbirds and leave for the summer though.

  • Yeah, I lost 1/2 pound today. I know that does not sound like alot, but for me..that is good. I would be very happy to lose 1/2 pound per week with a little more thrown in here and there. As long as I go down...I am happy with any amount. I am trying to get to my goal by the end of the year.
