Just ran an extra 2.5 miles for the team because I went over cals the past two days!

August 13 Challenge done including extra mile Water done Ran 2.5 miles for the team Cals ova, I'll be off vaca tmrw and back on track with the cals!

August 1st Water done Under cal 100 Jax done August 2nd Water done Cals on track Extra mile done Agustin 3rd Water done Cals on track Crunches done. I use a diff calorie max number then MFP gives me I try to hit between 1340(MFP reccomendation) and 1500 (doctors reccomendation)
