Only really drink it when I'm thirsty, yet always have some on hand. Finding myself very hungry past few days. Only gonna get worse. I always get hungry around period time. Gonna have to eat back some exercise cals. Or starve lol0

I find this is a hard challenge for me this week lol. Hard to get enough water and fit in exercise (working at a summer camp and it is the last week so I am working 13 hour days). Got it done though! On to tomorrow0

One thing I always notice in my food logs is I'm usually always over on the fat portion. I really need to work on that. It's almost an everyday occurrence in my logs.0

So I was feeling a little down this morning, I stepped on the scale and I was up a few pounds! I got on MFP and read the article our fellow teammate, 500lbs2marathon, had posted, "why the scale lies". Great article and has me feeling not so bad anymore.0

And I think this is one of the reasons this site ROCKS! Just when you're feeling poopy because of the friggin scale, all you need to do is look to othesr to be re-motivated, or lift your spirits.0 -

Would you all be able to post a daily "recap" of your day at the end of every day for me on this forum? It would help me out a TON! I've found this is going to be the easiest way for me to track all daily cals, challenges, water, etc. Currently I'm moving between everyone's profiles, forum and my page to see where it's all posted LOL That feels like a workout in it's self for me. Something similar to the below would be great...

Boy, are my abs going to be sore tomorrow! Just got through with the 30 day shred filled with planks and abdominal exercises only to crank out my 50 crunches for the challenge right after.

I use a diff calorie max number then MFP gives me I try to hit between 1340(MFP reccomendation) and 1500 (doctors reccomendation)0 -
