    Only really drink it when I'm thirsty, yet always have some on hand. Finding myself very hungry past few days. Only gonna get worse. I always get hungry around period time. Gonna have to eat back some exercise cals. Or starve lol
  • I find this is a hard challenge for me this week lol. Hard to get enough water and fit in exercise (working at a summer camp and it is the last week so I am working 13 hour days). Got it done though! On to tomorrow :)

    One thing I always notice in my food logs is I'm usually always over on the fat portion. I really need to work on that. It's almost an everyday occurrence in my logs.

    So I was feeling a little down this morning, I stepped on the scale and I was up a few pounds! I got on MFP and read the article our fellow teammate, 500lbs2marathon, had posted, "why the scale lies". Great article and has me feeling not so bad anymore.

    And I think this is one of the reasons this site ROCKS! Just when you're feeling poopy because of the friggin scale, all you need to do is look to othesr to be re-motivated, or lift your spirits.

    Would you all be able to post a daily "recap" of your day at the end of every day for me on this forum? It would help me out a TON! I've found this is going to be the easiest way for me to track all daily cals, challenges, water, etc. Currently I'm moving between everyone's profiles, forum and my page to see where it's all posted LOL That feels like a workout in it's self for me. Something similar to the below would be great...

    Boy, are my abs going to be sore tomorrow! Just got through with the 30 day shred filled with planks and abdominal exercises only to crank out my 50 crunches for the challenge right after.

    How is everyone else doing?

    Crunches = DONE!!! Plus did 50 push ups! Didn't do 30DS last night but did some mmii-strength stuff. Def need Jillian to motivate me!

    I use a diff calorie max number then MFP gives me I try to hit between 1340(MFP reccomendation) and 1500 (doctors reccomendation)

    Exercise: 30DS and I tried the up and downs but slid on my face! haha! I instead did a few mins of hardcore knee kicks at a fast pace. Flatmate was witness. Had stitches it was that hardcore.

    If you have bad knees here is an alternative for the ups and downs exercise. 100 Toe Touches. Stand up straight arms straight above your head. Take your right hand down and touch your left foot. Alternate the left hand to right foot. Stand up Straight that = 1. Do 100 of those and you are set for today!

    PUSH YOURSELF TO DO MORE!!! Your big weigh in is right around the corner. IT IS CRUNCH TIME PEOPLE!!!! You are stronger than you believe so go go go go! (I'm smiling while I say this because I'm ridiculously sore today from two days of crunches and Insanity.) We can do this guys! In the words of Shaun T "FOCUS AND GO!" You are stronger than your body and mind believes. Push yourselves every day and then be proud of yourself for that accomplishment.

    Update on scoring - There will be a modification later today regarding some important changes in the team scoring. After much thought and consideration it's been decided to move towards a percentage based challenge. These changes are to accommodate those teams who have lost team members. The % will make this fair across the board. Thank you for your understanding I believe this will provide for better results and make all teams equal.
