So what's everyone's biggest challenge when it comes to losing weight?
For me, it's the food aspect. I use to love eating out and enjoying every weekend at a nice restaurant. Of course the calories are horrible there which is why I probably kept packing on the lbs.0 -
Being lazy. Though I seem to be doing well with this so far, but some people on here are so hardcore with exercise, def makes me feel lazy.
But apart from that, def just staying under cals I'm a hungry person. And resisting stuff when I'm out.0 -
Biggest issue is salt and process, boxed foods. I am not much of a cook, most meals in my house have some form of just heat and serve type food.0
