Swimming and yoga classes are great because the teachers usually know what you can and can't do.

My pet peeve is in the Yoga classes. When people, male or female, who wear loose shorts. The last thing I want to do it look up from a pose and see strait at your junk.

I had the same problem and went to the doctor to get my thyroid checked, the doc said that low levels of iron can also cause hair loss.

What I find helps is entering the food before I eat and seeing how it effects my overall goal. If it puts me over in any category I don't eat it. Hope it helps.

I gain muscle weight really easily when I work out so we have the opposite problem. Try weight lifting. To build muscle you want high weight low reps. hope it helps.
