I sympathize with you. I bet you just feel like a break on your breaks too! Not exercise. I think I would just concentrate on weight training in small spaces of time throughout the day. I tried the noodles. I really wanted to like them, and tried twice, but in the end...ick. They have a wierd watery chewy texture. The taste is, well, tolerable. I just couldnt get past the texture, tho.
