ok im a little blonde i guess lol but what does this mean when people post this on a topic?? :D

    It means they are bumping the topic back up to the top of the list in that forum so it can be seen again.

    They are "bumping" the topic back up to the top of the thread list. Also people "bump" so that they can easily find the thread in their "My Topics" to read again later
