Thank you 4leighbee that is exactly how I've been feeling and I'm doing exactly that....doing that is! This support is great. I've started wii ing again but although I don't know what bouldering is I don't think it's me, I have been courageous in lots of ways and will continue with that, cheers ;)

Have done, thanks cknight143

That is so true mommee2one but you tend to forget things like that, I also used to exercise on the wii but haven't done that for a while and yes we can do it, thanks ;)))

Ok so I'm gonna try and track everything even if I go over instead of thinking there's no point now. I'm gonna try and exercise more I'm gonna try and break bad habits and install good habits like just having had an apple instead of some rubbish Anyone think of anything else?

Thank you ;))

Oh thanks guys... How do I add you?

I'm really sorry to hear how low you are, hugs, I can't advise you because only you know what's best for you. I ended my marriage which had been physically abusive until I left him and then emotionally abusive for over 20 years, a part of me still loved him but ending our marriage was the best thing I've ever done, yes it…

Yeah congratulations and well done, it's such a GREAT feeling to finish chemo, I'm a breast cancer survivor, over 2 years now since treatment ended and would be honoured if you added me as a friend, it's a great club to be in, so good to hear from everyone else too.

Well I've just started again, have lost that 'feeling' that keeps you on track and haven't been looking after myself properly since last December so this thread just for today is ideal for me, thank you so... Recovering from tummy upset so just for today: Will eat plain foods Will track everything I eat Will exercise Will…

What low carb things are you eating? I could do with reducing mine too but I find it hard ;)

Hi there and good luck with your journey, I'm also restarting ;)

Hi there and good luck with your journey, I'm interested in the coconut oil thing, wot do u do with it? I'm from the UK btw and have just restarted!

I haven't given anything up, but try to eat in moderation! Curry I make my own from scratch and to be honest its nicer than a take away, I'm a vegetarian so I make a yummy chick pea curry which is really low in calorie I just have to be careful what I have with it, ie: rice, naan, pappadoms etc. so I limit that. Pizza…

This might not work for you but at one point, years ago, when I was nearly at goal and got stuck, someone suggested protein at every meal so I tried that and it worked, as a vegetarian it was hard but I tried having cheese or baked beans etc at breakfast instead of what I normally ate and then the rest dropped off…

Thank you all so much for all your support and positive suggestions, it makes a big difference.
