Okay i live by apple cider vinegar... I hate it but i take a shot (or 2 spoonfuls) a day just down it really fast and immediately follow with water!

Okay I guess I worded this wrong. They do not need to necessarily be smaller but just more tone, and not as jiggly. I haven't tried the other one but I've done insanity & I'm currently doing it and I love it!! It is 2 months but i lost 12 pounds the first time I did it so it does work!! I just started month 2 again and just from month 1 I've lost 8 pounds

I've completed it once and restarted last month! So I'm doing month two but I'm not sure i ready for that yet so I might just redo month one! I love insanity and would love to have more insanity friends so we can motivate each other! Anyone feel fee to add me!

Well I have seen girls that don't have that pudge like fit girls. I don't know them personally so I can't ask them how that do it but I know they aren't body builders and don't get lipo. So if there is any other way I'd like to figure it out. Thanks though!

i love insanity I'm currently doing it too. i have looked up reviews on hip hop abs and everyone said it was kind of fun ut you didn't lose near as much (if anything) as you do with insanity

I'm a freshmen in college too and I don't plan on gaining the freshmen 15! Lol Just try to stay busy with friends school work or just something fun. If that doesn't work pick up healthy things to snack on. Like almonds instead of chips. Or an apple instead of apple pie! That will help a lot!

I have done it twice. The first time all the way through and ate what I wanted and lost 12 lbs. the 2nd time I did about 5 weeks and went on a little diet and lost 10 lbs. I'm starting it over again day 1 this time I plan to finish it and have a strict diet!
