I did it in the awful heat at 6 pm, running on the street during the exhaust from rush hour. Tuesday : :bigsmile: 4.5 miles

:happy: It has been a odd week here concerning the weather. It snowed on Monday and rained a bit on Wednesday through Thursday. Here is the week so far Tuesday : 6 hilly miles Thursday: 5 miles Will hope to clear, another 5 on Saturday.

Not really the answer to your question. I dont drink coffee, but I mix unsulphered blackstrap molasses 1 tbsp and flax seed oil 1 tbsp with a little rice milk 1/2 cup. And it gets my morning started.
