Hell yeah! Good job!!!

This is wasteful. Do not use this advice. Man up, eat some cookies, have some milk and indulge!
-
Anytime I have a diet soda I always retain water weight for days. It never fails to sabotage my weight loss and set me back!
-
Yeah! I'm from Gainesville.
-
Dude, BUMP! This is some killer advice! Thanks!
-
Dude, you look AMAZING! Like, woah!
-
I'm in Gainesville, so Orlando/Ocala at some point might be do-able!
-
Great work man! I just recently passed from 300 into the 200s and it's a killer feeling. I was at 377, so I know how hard it is to get to this point. Keep at it bud!

I feel you, I tend to do the same exact thing. I've never even gone over my calories because I'm so obsessive over it. A few months ago I went through a patch of nearly giving myself an eating disorder. Only ate MAYBE 1000 cals a day (when I'm supposed to have 2000+) and worked out vigorously. Obviously, I lost no weight…

Calling out pharmaceutical companies as greedy and accusing them of prolonging our time without cures to certain diseases is a "baseless" statement? Those companies make their profit from the medicines that are already on the market, which MUST be used by cancer patients to survive in many cases, so wouldn't putting a cure…

F*** 'em. You're a fox.

Yeah I play guitar in my band and my wife plays drums. We're kind of a mix of rockabilly and punk.

It's super hard! The best thing to do is try and eat as much fresh stuff as you can, so you control how much salt is added. Fresh everything gets pricey, though. Sometimes it's really hard for me to stay away from the sodium because I'm in a band and we eat on the road a lot and EVERYTHING fast food has tons of sodium in…

The most important thing for me is to ALWAYS log onto MFP and log my food, good or bad. As far as eating tips go I have tried my hardest to stay away from too much sodium because the water weight kills me. It's not always possible, but I make a conscious effort.

I don't really have one to be honest. I focus on eating proper portions, not limiting what I can eat. I walk about 10-14 miles a week, depending on weather and do the occasional boxing work out or aerobics. For me it's just been all about being in the right mindset to beat this weight and I hope I can keep with it!

Here's a picture of my face from earlier today, too. I've had a beard for a very long time and finally decided to do away with it and I can't believe how much different my face looks!

A better shot of how long my beard is. Haters gonna hate.
-
This is my beard as of Saturday night! It's actually longer than it looks, it was kind of a mess here, haha.

Look up some stuff by Tom Waits on youtube. Something from the album SWORDFISHTROMBONES would probably work.

I don't know if anything beats the original Night Of The Living Dead, but some other favorites are Pontypool, Fido, 28 Days Later, and of course Dead Alive!
-
Dude, SERIOUSLY!? You're a total fox! You should feel awesome!
-
I quit totally cold turkey probably 2 months ago and have been drinking only water (fat free milk when I have cereal) and I can totally tell a difference in the way I feel. Cutting back on that added sodium is I think what made the biggest change. It hasn't necessarily made it any easier or harder to lose, but I honestly…
-
Awesome! Thanks for posting this! I find myself freaking out over water weight a lot, even though I know it's just that.
-
Went to a massive family BBQ, had just a salad and was TOTALLY content! Beating temptation is a great feeling!
-
Beginning of Day 6 here for me and I've lost another pound, making it 7lbs lost! Pretty stoked.
-
Thanks everybody! Can't wait for things to cool off a bit down here in Florida so I can strut my stuff!
-
Wrapping up Day 4 and I've lost almost 6lbs!! This is crazy! I've only been doing juice for breakfast and lunch, then doing salads for dinner. This is crazy! I originally intended to only do it for 5 days, but I'm keeping at it for another week. Good luck to everyone!
-
Bumping for the DBZ reference.

Like I said, Day One was god awful, but when I weighed myself this morning I'd lost almost 2lbs and I've been stuck at the same weight for over a week. Worth it.
